What to Expect During Your Reflexology Treatment
Your comfort is the most important thing. When you arrive, we’ll start with a quick chat about your health, lifestyle, and any symptoms or concerns you want to focus on. This helps me tailor the session to your needs – whether that’s easing pain, supporting menopause symptoms, or simply helping you relax.
You’ll then lie back in my comfy chair whilst I work on your feet using gentle pressure techniques. Most clients find the treatment deeply relaxing – some even drift off to sleep!
Afterwards, you may feel calmer, lighter, and more balanced. Some people notice changes straight away, while others experience gradual improvement over a few sessions. Either way, reflexology gives your body the chance to rest, repair, and reset.

Clinical Duopody Reflexology – First Appointment

For whole body well-being, stress reduction and hormone balancing to boost your immune system and target specific problems.
Your initial treatment will include a comprehensive health consultation before the treatment begins to create a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs, a foot soak and a foot scrub.
Clinical Duopody Reflexology Treatment – Existing Client

Bespoke follow up treatments for physical and emotional balance or addressing specific symptoms.
Facial Reflexology
(40 minutes) £50
All the benefits of hand and foot reflexology with a healthier and more youthful, glowing complexion. The treatment releases stress, tension and emotions held in the face, helping you to look and feel better. It can also be used to relieve specific symptoms affecting the face and head such as sinusitis, headaches, migraines, teeth grinding, and Bell’s palsy.
Facial Reflexology Package
– 4 treatments

Whilst a stand-alone treatment is truly blissful and beneficial, a course of four treatments, one week apart, is more effective, especially if it is to help a specific condition.
Reflexology for Menopause / Perimenopause symptoms
(60 minutes) £50
Specifically designed to help improve symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, difficulty sleeping, headaches, mood changes, anxiety, heart palpitations, joint stiffness, aches and pains, and recurrent urinary tract infections. The session works as a stand-alone treatment or a set of treatments and is compatible with HRT and/or cognitive behavioural therapy/belief coding cognitive rewiring and other menopause treatments.

Relaxation Reflexology Treatment

Relax the body, calm the mind, and reduce stress. The perfect antidote to anxiety!
This treatment includes a Neal’s Yard Remedies aromatic salt soak, pumice foot scrub and a foot massage with comfrey and mallow foot balm and essential oils.
Sleep well Reflexology Treatment
(60 minutes) £50
This treatment uses clinical duopody reflexology techniques to target the glands and organs responsible for sleep and relaxation. It is designed to enable you to be able to fall asleep, to regulate your sleep patterns and help you to stay asleep during the night.

Reflexology for Children
10 - 16 years - £30
Treatment time will be dependent on the child’s age and how they are feeling/responding to the treatment on the day but should be around 40-60 minutes. Parents will be expected to stay for the duration of the treatment and instruction for supporting your child with reflexology at home will be provided as part of the appointment. An initial health and wellbeing consultation will also take place in advance of the treatment.
2 - 9 years - £25
This appointment includes a health and wellbeing consultation and a short treatment. The actual treatment time will be dependent on the child’s age and how they are feeling/responding to the treatment on the day. A treatment for an 18 month old may be in the region of 20-25 minutes, whereas a 9 year old may be happy with a 40–45-minute treatment. Instruction for supporting your child with reflexology at home will also be provided as part of the appointment.
Babies and Children under 2 years old - £20
A health and wellbeing consultation and a short treatment of approximately 30 minutes. The actual treatment time will be dependent on the child’s age and how they are feeling/responding to the treatment on the day. Instruction for supporting your child with reflexology at home will also be provided as part of the appointment.

Facial Reflexology Package 4

Consists of a health consultation, 4 luxurious and relaxing Bergman Facial Reflexology treatments (4 x 40 minutes) using the gorgeous Neal’s Yard Remedies facial oils.
Signals are sent to the organs, tissues and glands of the body, helping to bring the body back into balance, by gently pressing reflex pressure points on the face. The massage movements of the treatments help to bring nutrients to the skin and remove waste products via the lymphatic system, leaving your skin feeling firmer, more supple, nourished and soft.
