Cancellation Policy
For routine, non-medical, non-emergency cancellations, please give 48 hours notice in advance of your appointment time if you need to cancel your appointment so that there is a greater chance that another client can book the appointment. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge if the appointment cannot be transferred to another client.
Gift vouchers will be considered ‘spent’ and no refunds will be given on treatments already paid for if at least 48 hours notice of a non-emergency cancellation is not given.
I understand that there are times when things happen outside of our control and there may be occasions when a cancellation charge is not appropriate, please do still get in touch and let me know.
Pregnant clients: There is no cancellation fee for onset of labour, but I kindly ask that you or your partner send a message to say that you will be unable to attend, if you are able to.
Payment Methods: Cash, Card, Bank Transfer and PayPal are all accepted as methods of payment.
Private Healthcare: Many healthcare companies now include reflexology and reiki as part of their policy. Please ask for a receipt if you can claim for your treatments. If you have a private healthcare policy and are unsure whether you can claim for your treatment, please contact them directly for full details.
General Data Protection
In accordance with GDPR legal protection, any personal and sensitive medical/health information given via email, text, phone conversations or social media messenger services will only be held if you proceed with your treatment. If you do not proceed with your treatment, all information sent will be securely destroyed.
If you go ahead with your treatments, further information will be gathered and retained in order to give a professional and effective service. The information will only be used in accordance with your holistic treatments, and concerns for your health and wellbeing which will be discussed in full at your appointment.
